Custom & Personalized Orders

All items are made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 1 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 1 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
