REFUND POLICY

At CUSTOMATIX, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products made specifically for each customer. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items customized to your specifications unless there is an error on our part.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping concerns.
