Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because many of our products are customized, processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume.

Please allow adequate time for production before shipment.

 

Shipping Schedule

Packages are dropped off at the post office on Mondays and Thursdays only. Orders completed after a shipping day will be sent during the next scheduled drop-off.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email if provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping providers.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
